Who we are

What we collect, and why
- Enquiry form: when you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message you provide. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to arrange and carry out the work.
- Phone and email: if you contact us directly we keep your details for the same purposes - responding to you, quoting, and doing the job.
- Website statistics: only if you accept the cookie prompt, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site are used. This helps us keep the site useful. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Who else handles your data
- Formspree Inc. delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. Formspree is a US company; submissions pass through their systems under their data-protection safeguards (their privacy policy).
- Google Analytics processes visit statistics if you consent, with IP anonymisation switched on (Google's privacy policy).
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. If you become a customer, we keep records of the work (including certificates we're required to hold as an NICEIC Approved Contractor) for as long as legal and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Just email or call us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
